Why can't I access MV-37X Web?
 

MV-37X default IP:192.168.0.100
Please check if your pc's ip is the same network with 192.168.0.XX
If not,please change your PC's ip to 192.168.0.xx first
Or add(subnet) a network -192.168.0.xx

How to restore factory default
 

1. IVR #198# (MV-370/372): all settings (ip,account,password..) restore factory default
   Turn off power.   When the led slow blink,call the sim of ch1, hear dial tone, press #198#
2.reset button: only ip restore default,other settings as usual
 (Firmware version after v9054-->press reset button, ip/user name,password will be restore default)

  Please press reset button near ch2 till the led flash blink   -->new version after 3/23/09
  Please press reset button near ch 8,6,4,2 till the led flash blink   -->old version before 3/23/09
3. Default setting (on web):
 Default (MV-37X): ip will be the same as usual. other settings restore factory default
 factoryAll (included all IP address)(MV-374/8 only): All settings(include IP address) both restore factory default

MV-374/MV-378: One way Audio (version 2 : 1 IP 4/8 ports)
 

If IPPBX/Asterisk is in internal network, you must build stun server in any pc that in the same network 
Otherwise, the voice will be one way.

We develop a stun server and dial peer server. (MV-374/378: ship after 3/23 already build in this server)

Let me introduce dial peer server
Lan to mobile: Dial peer software will look for available channel to dial out.
Dial peer include stun server function and can manager several MV-37X at the same time.
E.g When the first port is busy, MV-378 will use the second port to dail out…and so forth.

New version MV-374/MV-378 (version 3) , how to send call to MV-374/8 from Asterisk/IP PBX?
 

MV-374/378
Send call to MV-37X IP:5060 port from Asterisk/IP PBX
It is like a traditional PBX.
5060 is behalf no
It has 4/8 lines: 5064,5066,5068,5070,5072,5074,5076,5078
The call automatically switches from a busy line to available line.
*5060 Port can be changed to any port user needs

DTMF Issue
 

First,please check if Mobile call Mobile can transfer DTMF in local
Mobile call mobile,: when the called party answer, the calling party press any DTMF.
If the called party hear DTMF Voice,local gsm operator support DTMF transfer
If not, the local gsm operator don't support DTMF transfer in local.

Next,Suggestion:
If you use G711 codec, you have to use In-Band DTMF mode.
Or if you use G729 or G723 codec, you have to use RFC-2833 or SIP-info.
The steps of DTMF mode:
step1. Set Mobile to Lan Table using *   *
step2. Call in MV's sim card and got MV's dial tone.
setp3. In this dial tone. Press the DTMF and check Mobile Status Digital

Echo Issue
  Method 1 :
 
If VoIP side have echo,please adjust VoIP Rx Gain down (Mobile/Setting)
If GSM side have echo,please adjust VoIP Tx Gain down (Mobile/Setting)
  Method 2 :
  Mobile / settings /  Init AT Cmd
 
Enter at+echo=28000,20,3,0;+echo=28000,20,3,1
After enter command,please Sumbit,save change and reboot

If you lost or forgot the Mv37x's ip address...
 

MV-370/2:
Method1: press reset Reset button
Method2:
Just can use IVR mode for get ip address.
Step1-please install one sim card in channel1 without pin code protect.
Setp2-please press near ch1 mini switch and see ch1 led bilnking status changing..
this Led have 3 type blinking status..
type1 is initial mode 50%on-50%off
type2 is IVR mode 80%on-20%off
type3 is ready mode 20%on-80%off
Step3-When the blink status at IVR mode(the led slow blink),please call sim1
Hear dial tone, enter #120# to hear the ip address.

MV-374/8:
